Custom Cake Orders

Payments and Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required 7 full days prior to order deadline. We want your order to be perfect as this requires a significant time investment.​

Note: Your order's timely completion cannot be guaranteed if the remaining payment hasn’t be received within a a minimum of seven days prior to the pickup date.

There are no cancellations for any custom order. Due to the unique nature of each custom order and the amount of time needed to make them, once an order is placed and paid for, we cannot refund the order.

There cannot be any changes made to your order once it is fully paid for. Once the order is placed, we will immediately begin taking the necessary steps to ensure your cake will be completed on time, That mean purchasing the necessary tools and supplies needed to make your order and may turning down other potential orders.

Once an order has been picked up, we are no longer liable for that order.
How to Order a Custom Cakes:
1- Submit the Form
Start by filling out our Cake Inquiry Form. Be specific about any changes include all the details you have in mind!
2- Receive a Confirmation
We’ll review your request and get back to you with a confirmation email.
3- Secure Your Booking
Once all the details are ironed out, we’ll send you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable booking fee. Once paid, your order will be officially confirmed.

4- Final Payment
The remaining 50% will be due a minimum of seven days before your scheduled pickup date.
